What does ‘limited edition’ mean?

This is a print limited to a specific number of copies in that size and material. All of the prints in our collection are limited to editions of 9 with one artist proof.

How soon after ordering will I receive my print?

As it takes some time to print and dispatch work you should expect your order within 7-14 working days.

What is a Certificate of Provenance?

This is a certificate signed by the artist to guarantee the work’s authenticity.

What are the different print mediums?

Giclee – a digital printing process in which an ink-jet printer with archival inks is used to produce a high-quality print.

C-type – a colour print created on light sensitive paper using red, green & blue light sources. This process can be used for both digital and analogue prints.

Silver Gelatin – a black and white printing process where silver salts in gelatin are coated onto a paper to make it light sensitive.

Can I order my print framed?

This can be arranged at additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss your framing requirements.

What if I want to return my print?

You may only return the print in the unlikely event that it is damaged during transit, in which case we will replace the print for you.

Can I combine postage costs if I purchase multiple prints?

Yes, if you purchase more than one print you will only be charged once for postage.

How will my print be delivered?

Your print will be packaged in a protective tube and sent via recorded 1st class post, which will require a signature on delivery.

Who owns the copyright to the work?

All copyright to the image remains with the artist. You acquire ownership of the physical print but not rights to the image itself.
